One dark day in 1982 the would be Navigator fell foul of Wealden District Council. He knew not of the nature of civil servants and parish councils who effectively control planning in their area dancing to the tune of their bigger brothers, local land owners, builders and the local police force.

He had no idea about masons or masonic influence that infests our courts, the crown prosecution service and the judges that are supposed to be impartial.

Least of all was he aware that in the England he lived in there is no right of appeal and that a group of hypocrites know as the Criminal Cases Review Commission are as corrupt in Human Rights terms as a three pound coin, in that they openly discriminate in violation of Article 14 and all that is good in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

With all that going in what is great about Britain? Under British law at the moment a man can be convicted of raping a female when that female is a virgin. It was David Blunkett that saw to that with his version of injustice called the Sexual Offences Act 2003. This law denies anyone accused of a sexual offence in the United Kingdom and colonies, of a fair trial. Does that make Lord Blunkett a Nazi, or just a follower of eugenics practices, or completely ignorant of history and law?

This is the story of an Innocent Man, set upon by conspiring agencies to cover up planning crimes. Fraud committed by Wealden District Council's planning, legal and executive officers.

EAST SUSSEX COUNTY COUNCIL AND SOCIAL SERVICES ARE COMPLICIT IN THE CONSPIRACY. ESCC BEING PAID FROM WEALDEN' COUNCIL TAXES, AS ARE SUSSEX POLICE.
